- Products must be returned in unused, unopened, and resale-ready condition with original packaging.
- Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.

1.3 Refund Processing

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment, packing, or shipment activities begin. Once processing advances to shipping stages, cancellation may no longer be available and standard return procedures may apply after delivery.
