Once payment is confirmed, your order is checked, prepared, packed, and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. This timeframe includes order verification, product handling, protective packaging, and preparation for carrier pickup. After shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Promotional campaigns, seasonal demand, or high-volume periods may slightly extend processing times.
  • Orders submitted outside business hours begin processing on the next business day.

2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, courier routes, customs checks, local postal conditions, and carrier capacity. The estimates below are general guidelines and may be affected by circumstances outside our direct control.

  • Domestic shipping where available: Usually 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping: Usually 14 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and route.

Weather disruptions, customs inspections, transportation delays, regional restrictions, or courier operations may affect delivery speed. The carrier tracking page will provide the most current shipment status.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location, selected shipping method, order size, and package weight. Any applicable shipping cost will be displayed before your order is placed.

  • Priority or express delivery options may be offered for an additional fee where available.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.

  • Packages refused due to unpaid import costs may be refunded only after shipping and return expenses are deducted.

6. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Deliveries

Once an order has been dispatched, the carrier is responsible for transportation and delivery. While courier operations are outside our direct control, SPNutrition will assist with reasonable delivery-related concerns whenever possible.

  • If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, please check nearby areas and contact the carrier first.
  • Delayed or missing packages may require a carrier investigation before further action can be taken.
  • If your order arrives damaged, keep all packaging materials and contact us promptly with clear photos.

7. Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. SPNutrition is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled address information.

  • Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed before dispatch.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed after order processing has started.
  • Address updates are not possible once an order has shipped.

8. Returned or Undeliverable Orders

Packages returned because of refusal, failed delivery attempts, unpaid import fees, or incorrect address details will be reviewed according to the conditions below.

  • Reshipment: May be available after any required additional shipping cost is paid.
  • Refunds: May be issued after original shipping fees and applicable return charges are deducted.
